2021

The Beginning

WakeUp Projects was founded with a mission to create impactful international mobility experiences for students and educators in Portugal (the Algarve region) after working almost 10 years in Spain.

2021

First Internships

We proudly hosted our first groups of Erasmus+ students, establishing strong partnerships with local companies and laying the foundation for future projects.

2022

Team Expansion

Our team grew, bringing in new talent and diverse skills, allowing us to enhance our program offerings and support more participants.

2023

New Destination

We opened a new office in the Coimbra region - namely in Figueira da Foz being the perfect combination of industrial city with a great touristic potential.

2024

New Horizons

We expanded our operations and opened a new office in Faro, increasing our capacity to deliver high-quality mobilities across the entire Algarve region.
